Graviola or Annona muricata is a leafy tree native to the Caribbean and the Amazon rainforest of South America. Also known as Corossol, it is widespread in tropical and subtropical regions throughout the world.
For hundreds of years, the fruit, bark, roots and leaves have been used in traditional medicine to treat and prevent a variety of symptoms associated with inflammation and infection.
